Well, Peru has elected its next president.
Ollanta Humala will take office July 28.
Overall, it was a close election, less than 3 points apart say the fast count results.
Keiko Fujimori won the Lima area so there's a lot of unhappy people around here right now.
To be sure, it will be an interesting next few years for Peru.
I wish Humala the best in doing all he has promised to battle poverty and improve Peru.
